Social Commerce Intention, Social Interaction, and Social Support

چکیده

A higher number of socially anxious users were found as more joined social network sites. Since commerce has become an important issue, this study investigated the effect anxiety on online users’ intention. Online interactions are hypothesized to influence intention directly or indirectly through support. 427 effective samples collected from Facebook users, and results confirmed most causal effects. The also tested moderating Of eight relationships, significantly moderates six them. relationships between interaction emotional support stronger for with anxiety. For lower anxiety, relationship receiving is stronger. research findings lead significant theoretical contributions managerial implications.
